Tribute to Daniel Money 1998 - 2025

I was Daniel’s headteacher at Wellsway School and had the privilege of seeing him grow and develop from a shy 11 year old into a confident and extremely talented 18 year old. I remember his lovely smile and quiet determination. He worked hard and excelled in both his studies and in sport, particularly tennis. He was always very modest however and was an absolute joy to teach. I remember how delighted we all were when he achieved his dream of studying medicine. I write this with great sadness and my thoughts are with Daniel’s family and friends as they mourn his loss and celebrate his life.
